Description
CtLC Fundamentals is designed to equip leaners with a core knowledge of the CtLC person-centered framework. It provides an interactive experience of applying the CtLC guiding principles and tools, facilitated by a Certified Trainer.
We strongly encourage completing the free the free Intro to CtLC Webinar before enrolling in this series.
This online training consists of four mandatory live Zoom sessions. Course Materials and Zoom links will be housed in Canvas, our Learning Management System. Learners will be expected to log in to Canvas regularly to access materials and complete course requirements.
Learning Objectives
- Describe the guiding principles of CtLC, a person-centered thinking framework.
- Use CtLC core tools for personal reflection to gain a deeper understanding of the framework.
- Recognize how the framework can be used in different situations through examples and group discussion.
- Understand how CtLC provides a new perspective for enhanced thinking.
Dates and Times
This training includes four (4) virtual sessions—each 90 minutes long.
Attendance at all four sessions is required:

- February 11, 2026, 10-11:30 a.m. CT
- February 18, 2026, 10-11:30 a.m. CT
- February 25, 2026, 10-11:30 a.m. CT
