This series is designed to equip learners with a core knowledge of the CtLC person-centered framework. It is recommended to view or attend the Intro to CtLC Webinar before this course.

• Describe the guiding principles of CtLC, a person-centered thinking framework.
• Use CtLC core tools for personal reflection to gain a deeper understanding of the framework.
• Recognize how the framework can be used in different situations through examples and group discussion.
• Understand how CtLC provides a new perspective for enhanced thinking.
